1. Flight ticket (Business Class) is subject to availability.
2. Choice of Airlines are subjected to availability.
3. The 3 Round Trip Business Class Tickets at 40% discounted price is strictly applicable to members only
4. Upon issuance of the flight ticket, we will furnish you with the booking reference number, accompanied by the E-ticket for your convenience.
5. The issued ticket is non-transferable.
6. Please be aware that any modifications to confirmed tickets are not permissible unless it fulfills a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled flight date.
7. In the event that changes are requested after the ticket has been issued, a change fee of $800 will be levied to our member.
8. In case of ticket cancellation after issuance, a cancellation fee of $800 will apply. Taxes and surcharges will be refunded back to our member's credit card.
9. The Business Class ticket holder is responsible for all taxes and surcharges. (Payable by credit card only upon ticket issuance)
10. Issued ticket is not applicable for mileage accrual.
11. The ticket holder cannot obtain a seat/class upgrade by paying the fare difference.
12. All ticket modifications must be coordinated through our LUX@SG Travel Concierge agent, and not directly with the airlines.
13. Private Luxe retains the right to modify or update these terms and conditions for the Flight Bookings without any prior notice.
