Members may use the Concierge Service page to make customized requests, such as specific arrangements or preferences for flights, yacht experiences, or limousine journeys. 4. Members will be contacted through the communication channels provided during the booking process, such as email and WhatsApp, for updates and confirmations related to their service requests. 5. All service requests are subject to availability, and members will be promptly informed if any requested service cannot be accommodated. 6. Members can communicate any cancellations or modifications to their service requests through the Concierge Service page. 7. Some special requests may incur additional charges, and members will be informed of these charges for approval before confirmation. 8.
